The Rosetta stone

沉入尼羅河二千年了                        

for two thousand years submerged in the Nile

為什麼又突然浮起                              

why suddenly did you emerge

被拿破崙搶走                                      

only to be snatched by Napoleon

啊，沉入海底的石頭                        

Ah, sumerged under the water

克麗奧帕特拉的脂粉                        

Cleopatra's rouge and powder

愷撒與安東尼的血液                        

Caeser and Anthony's blood  

古王國法老的光榮                           

the glorious land of the Pharaohs

沉入遺忘                                             

submerged into obllivion

沉入傳說                                             

submerged from peoples talk and memories

沉入心頭                                             

submerged from people hearts and minds

依然輝煌                                             

yet still glorious

依然㶷麗                                               

yet still beautiful

依然恢宏                                               

yet still magnanimous
